Individual Support

Often times things were going along fine until something happened, and a big life event changed you, even rocked you to your core. Now, everyday tasks seem to take more effort, or you find yourself worrying about things that you did with no trouble before. At Chester Community Coalition, our goal is to support you in navigating the various challenges that life will definitely bring.

As we partner to name, teardown, rebuild and reintegrate healthy ways to help you navigate the world around you. We are most interested in identifying the current patterns and behaviors in place that contribute to your current experience. We will work collaboratively around what concerns you, as our role is to help you navigate barriers and obstacles to you achieving personal growth, and satisfaction in multiple areas of your life.

Individual sessions are one on one, and last for approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Typically after 10 to 12 sessions, we’ll talk about the progress that is being made and talk about the continued need for ongoing support.

Individual and family therapy are available to adult and children survivors of violence or traumatic grief. Sessions are offered virtually or in-person.
Call us at 610-368-0714 or 215-617-2629 to schedule an intake or learn more.
